Lyme Art Association Restoration Plans
We have posted for your review the drawings for proposed development as they were presented to the attendees of the Annual Membership Meeting in October, 2006. Our goal is to preserve, and where necessary, restore the historic structure while bringing the infrastructure itself, the heating, plumbing, air conditioning, and where required, the wiring up to modern standards.
Downstairs we propose an addition to the rear under the Goodman Gallery and a reconfiguaration of the studio and gallery space. Some of our prime concerns have been the flexibility of the studio spaces and the accessibility of all areas for the handicapped.
Look the proposal over, and, by all means, feel free to share your feedback. To the extent that we are able, we will try and accommodate as many of your good ideas and suggestions as possible. These are going to be exciting times for the Lyme Art Association, and we look forward to your input!
