| Lou Bonamarte worked in graphic design and illustration before beginning a full time career as a fine artist. In 1972, he received his first award from the American Watercolor Society. Over the years, Lou has won numerous awards and prizes from such organizations such as the Salmagundi Club, the Academic Artists Association, the American Artist Professional Watercolor Club, and the Rockport Art Association. |
