Laura J. Eden
Laura finds inspiration by immersing herself in a subject engaging all of her senses, and her work travels through a variety of themes. In 2002, after working as a watercolorist for 22 years, Laura also began working in egg tempera, and her work in this medium is complimented by her intimate and detailed view of nature. She has had dozens of solo and group exhibitions, and is the recipient of many awards. Her work as been selected by over 1,000 corporate and private collectors throughout the U.S. and abroad, including Otis Elevator, United Technologies, Kaiser Permanente, Aetna Life and Casualty, Cigna, and Travelers Insurance.
